of citizens of the educational system in Colombia, it is very particular to
find that less nowadays is what is taken into account for the design of
policies for culture, education,
This perception of the citizen of multidimensional character (cultural. educational, social, among others) showing the vision of citizen with regard to the right to and quality of education in Colombia.
Some times the persons say
"Study at the SENA untill you can study at the university" .
"The education like SENA it´s not good".
But it´s very interesting look that when the students finish studies like technologies or enginering at the university, they want study at SENA , because at the SENA learn the practice and know more of the work life.
